SP180-C2 Series


This system is able to run under 60V rated voltage, containing a power system with 16kW continuous output power, whose peak output power is 28kw and peak torque is 129N.m.

This system adopts modular design, which brings lower cost and better quality control, dual motor collocation, which brings visual and counterweight balance and better appearance, the two-cylinder design like the gasoline engine, which stimulates the user's psychological needs and more reasonable space layout and lower center of gravity compared to single large-power motor.

This system perfectly solves the problem of torque distribution and efficiency loss in the motor coupling process and achieves larger power, more compliant control, and more reliable process for the large-power motor system through the coupling of the dual-input gearbox on the basis of master-slave control and real-time communication of the controller. The system includes two sets of 8kW PMSM motors, a gearbox and an 8kwX2 FOC motor controller.
